How much does the web analytics program cost?
Check around and you will find that generally Web Analytics are very expensive services, many at a few hundred or more per month. Even though we carry virtually all of the same certifications and training as others do in this field we have not chosen to charge the average rate of $90 per hour for personal service, leading to monthly minimum charges well into the thousands or the monthly charges averaging thousands of dollars. Of course, our service is designed to help small businesses compete effectively against big business on the Internet and our prices reflect that.
Rates are $49.95 per month for our basic Web Analytics service plus .69 per each 1,000 page views over 12,000 page views per month. A small site generally will not have over 12,000 page views and will only pay the basic rate. Our basic service is usually best for most smaller sites and it covers a lot of territory. You receive over 90 web analytics reports that are easy to follow and understand and are organized into eight different categories and provide you an in-depth analysis of your website visitor with real-time tracking. The web analytics reports can be viewed in a variety of formats including pie charts, graphs and as a web page and can be easily exported with one-click.
This cost includes your monthly hosting, domain name renewal and an SSL certificate as an extra value (if you host with us). Hosting with us is NOT REQUIRED to implement this web analytics program!
For most of our customers, this is the best choice, unless you sell goods or services online and pay for advertising such as PPC or want to track site conversions then you need our Commerce plan which is $89.95 per month and .89 per 1,000 page views over 12,000 per month.
There is also an initial set-up cost for each service. Basic is $275.00 and Commerce is $375.00. With this service we require monthly payments in advance on recurring monthly billing with a major credit card. Valid credit card required to be on file for monthly billing of page views. We also require ftp access to your site in order to set up the system to track your visitors real-time.
